This Privacy Policy explains how Reliant AI Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, our Jessica AI phone assistant service, or our custom software for combat sports gyms (collectively, the "Services").

  • Gym customer information: business name, contact details, billing information, gym schedule, and policies needed to configure Jessica.
  • Caller/lead information: when a prospect calls a gym using Jessica, we may collect the caller's name, phone number, and the substance of their inquiry in order to relay it to the gym.
  • Call recordings: calls handled by Jessica may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
  • Website usage data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card information.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate the Jessica AI phone assistant service on behalf of gym customers
  • To relay lead and trial-class inquiry information to the relevant gym customer
  • To process subscription payments through Stripe
  • To improve and maintain service quality
  • To respond to support requests

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Services — for example, sharing a caller's lead information with the gym they called, or sharing payment details with our payment processor, Stripe, to process a subscription.

5. Data Retention

We retain call and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and support our gym customers, or as required by law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information collected through the Services. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.

7. Your Choices

If you are a caller whose information was captured by Jessica on behalf of a gym, you may contact us to request more information about the data collected or request its deletion, subject to the gym's own record-keeping needs.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for use by gym owners, staff, and adult prospects. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
